Return and refund policy

 

Refunds:
Refunds will only be honoured back to the purchaser if the plates have not been created. OEM Plates will initiate the order creation process once the documents have been received and/or show plates have been ordered. Number plates are custom-made products, and no refunds will be accepted after they have been created. Refunds will not be provided for lost orders via postal mail. Instead, a replacement order will be dispatched.

OEM Plates takes no responsibility for incorrect orders and/or shipping addresses being incorrect or incomplete. Customers are urged to check their confirmation email once the order has been made to ensure there are no errors.

Occasionally, OEM Plates will publicly post a discount/offer. If a code is displayed and needs to be entered at checkout, then this is the customer's responsibility to input the code(s). Code(s) are not automatically applied at checkout. Customers who fail to provide the code before paying will not be honoured the said discount/refund difference after purchase.

Returns/Replacements:
OEM Plates will replace items if they are lost or damaged during transit or if there is a quality issue with the order. OEM Plates may request the items to be returned as necessary.

It is solely the responsibility of the purchaser to ensure that their number plates are properly fitted to their vehicle. OEM Plates will not be held responsible for incorrect fitting resulting in the plates falling off or being stolen. Chargeable replacements will be issued in such cases. Other than printed text, letters should not be drilled through, as this may cause damage to the letter and will not be covered under our refund/replacement policy.
